As we are becoming a church that prays together we find ourselves facing escalating fear and injustice, prayer becomes our lifeline. As we cover Monday in prayer let this prompt guide you.

Please take 30 minutes out of your day to stop and cover BCC in prayer.

Here’s the prayer guide to help you pray with your family today.

Read Psalm 50:1-6 to jump start your prayer time.

Up – When we review this month we have to acknowledge things have changed a lot. It’s easy to feel out of sorts. Instead pause for a moment and remember that what God is doing in us he wants to do through us. Praise God for the work he’s done in your heart this past month.

In – As we evaluate where BCC is at now that we have begun to ReGather and are looking for ways to foster racial reconciliation ask God to protect us from the attacks of our enemy and to reveal his direction for BCC in the coming months.

Out – What God is doing in you he wants to do through you. The work you thought about earlier should be leading you to something God wants to do through you. Ask God to show you what that is, ask him to give you the courage to try and the grace to learn when you stumble. End your prayer time in a bit of silence letting the Father give you an imagination for what he wants to do through you. Write down what he shows you and keep it in front of you all week.
