The ongoing need for prayer and reflection, in a world filled with voices struggling to be heard, is paramount. As we cover Monday in prayer let this prompt guide you.

Please take 30 minutes out of your day to stop and cover BCC in prayer.

Here’s the prayer guide to help you pray with your family today.

Read Psalm 50 to jump start your prayer time.

Up – Remembering that God is present and at work in the midst of all we are looking at this week and all the things we are reflecting on from the past week. Spend time listing God’s attributes, praise him with each attribute and let the one attribute that shimmers or shines in that list be your guide for the rest of the week.

In – ReGathering a church is exciting for many of us. As we reconnect with friends and start to worship as a body again. But for some they are still unable to join us, for many different reasons. Please lift those people up in general and if you are thinking of someone specifically, call their names out to God to bring them comfort and love.

Out – COVID-19 has really reshaped our world. From wearing masks, to limiting our times together in public, to rethinking how we do church, or even how school will look come the fall. Many of our friends and family have been affected economically, physically, and even mentally. Pray specifically for people who you know are experiencing the affects of this virus on them.
