We want to be a church that prays. One of the first steps toward that goal is covering a day each week in prayer. We have decided to cover BCC in prayer all day Monday.
We are asking everyone to take 30 minutes out fo their day to stop and cover BCC in prayer.
Here’s a prayer guide to help you pray with your family today.
Read Mark 5:1-20 to jumpstart your prayer
Up – “Because of your unfailing love, I can enter your house.” Take a few moments to reflect upon God’s unfailing, never ending love for you. Remember the first time when you came awake to this love. Thank God that his love is unconditional.
In – Ask God to provide everything we need as a church. Pray that God provides financially for our church. Ask God how he wants you to be part of the answer to this prayer.
Out – Pray that we can open our eyes to the needs of our community. Pray for us to creatively think outside the box, to see where God is at work and join him there. Ask God to give us soft hearts and help hands to people who need help.
Event – During Lent this year we are reading through the book of Mark. If you haven’t gotten a schedule let us know and we can get one to you. Please pray for everyone who is reading through Mark. Ask God to shine the light of his word on their heart.
