Celebration Gatherings

Sundays, 9:30 and 11:00 a.m.

On Sundays we gather for a shared time of worship, celebration and equipping for service and discipleship. This is our opportunity to corporately connect with God and to one another in a larger setting. It reminds us that we are part of something bigger then ourselves and that our lives are to be about living in God’s Kingdom.

Worship Time at a Sunday Gathering

God, in His grace and mercy, has rescued us from sin, Satan, and death, through our faith in Jesus’ death on the cross and resurrection from the dead. We gather every week for a collective response to this great mercy as we seek the presence of God. Every week we offer four to five songs of praise and adoration to God accompanied by a live band of six to eight members. We also share in Communion together, we give offerings to help resource God’s work through BCC, and we hear a teaching from the Word. All this is to prepare us to go out as God’s representatives to deliver a message of reconciliation to the world.

Our services are informal and as real as we can make them. People offer all kinds of expressions during our times of worship: hands up, arms outstretched, kneeling, heads bowed, arms folded — whatever people feel comfortable with. Dress is casual; some wear suits, some wear shorts, and some are even barefoot! The Lord looks at the heart, so come experience the friendliness and authenticity of our community as we gather for worship and teaching of the Word!

Getting into the Word on a Sunday morning

We teach exclusively from the Bible in a down-to-earth style. Right now we have a rotating speaking team of four to five teachers. Sometimes we plan a sermon series that covers a whole chapter or a whole book of the Bible. Our goal is to connect the truth of the Gospel to everyday life so that it may inform how we view the world and our role in it. Jesus is always central to the teaching.

Students & Kids

In addition to our adult Gatherings, we offer simultaneous programs for kids and gatherings for middle school and high school students. For more information on these opportunities, click the following links:
